Account Deletion

A few things to note before you decide to delete your Classic Rummy account:

• You can undo your account deletion any time, before 60 days from the date of request raised. Reach out to our Support team(022 50647322) for the same.
• Once your account is permanently deleted, you’ll need to sign up for a new account if you want to play Classic Rummy again.

You have the option to permanently delete your account when using the Classic Rummy app downloaded from Google Play Store.

Deleting your account using the Classic Rummy Real Cash Game app:

• Open the Classic Rummy app.
• In the top left, tap on Menu.
• In the top of Menu, tap My Account.
• In the bottom left, tap the Responsible Gaming.
• Scroll to bottom. Tap Delete Account.
• Complete the KYC Verification Check if not done.
• Add Bank account if you have balance in your wallet.
• Scroll to bottom. Tap Confirm Delete.
• We’ll send you a text confirmation of your deletion request.

You can also request for deleting your account by writing to us at support@classicrummy.com from your registered Email ID.

Note: Please ensure your account is KYC verified and a verified bank account is linked in case of any balance amount in the wallet before raising a mail to process your request successfully, failing to which the request shall be rejected.
