Terms and Conditions

1. The contest will run as per the mentioned schedule.

2. Leaderboard points get reset every 10 days i.e., on 11th April & 21st April.

3. Based on the Level, the applicable bonus coupons will be displayed in the deposit page.

4. Bonus coupons will be for one time use only during each phase i.e., 10 days. Usage gets reset at the end of a phase.

5. The utilization of balance in the discount/bonus wallet:

• a. The balance may be utilized to get a reduction in platform fee at the sole discretion of Classic Rummy
• b. Every bonus/discount/promotional cash-back reward given comes with validity Upon expiry the bonus can’t be credited to the player’s account.
• c. If a platform fee has been charged earlier from a player, Classic Rummy may at its own discretion offer a discount on the same subsequently by the issuance of a credit note and apply the said discount towards payment of the wager amount.

6. All the rewards declared will be delivered in the same form to all winners, converting the declared reward into another form is not allowed.

7. Any reward you win, accrues solely to you, and will not be assigned or transferred to any third party by us.

8. Please note that the announcement of Powerplay can happen at any time of the day and is subject to change or cancellation at our discretion. We recommend keeping a watchful eye on our platform to stay up-to-date with any updates regarding this exciting new feature.

9. No compensation is eligible if the winner does not claim the reward. Classic Rummy can modify the declared winners if the winner is not reachable/responding/confirming the necessary details asked to deliver the reward.

10. The offer can be modified/removed with or without prior information and the decision by Classic Rummy will remain final.

11. KYC for all winners is mandatory on demand.

12. All winners must be comfortable sharing the event pictures, testimonials & videos as required.

13. All the pics/videos/testimonials are property of Classic Rummy promotion and are authorized to use any of these materials for publishing on the website / social media for advertising or marketing purposes.

14. If a player is suspected/caught engaging in unfair activities, they will not be eligible for the promotion. The decision as per the process will remain final.

15. The decision of the Classic Rummy management shall be final and binding in case of any disputes.
